The camp is located about 50 kilometers north of Tromsø. The camp is marked with red needle.

There are a lot of well known places for halibut fishing within an hour from the camp. These are among others: Torsvåg, Skagøysundet, Helgøysundet, Bårdsetsundet, Andammen, Måsvær, Grøtøya, Hattøya, Sollbaren etc.

There also are many good places for fishing cod, coal, wolffish and other species nearby.

The camp site is also protected from wind and you can find a sheltered fishing place in nearly any kind of wind direction.
